Welcome to the Bowel Cancer Screening Programme (BCSP) website for Greater Manchester.  Bowel Cancer Screening is now offered to all areas of Greater Manchester.  Screening involves the use of a free screening kit posted out to people over the age of 60 that can help detect early signs of Bowel Cancer.

On this website you can find out more about the screening kits and advice for taking part (including information in other languages), you can also find out what happens after you have taken part in screening.  We have advice about Bowel Cancer, signs, symptoms and prevention.  You can also find out about news and progress made with the BCSP within Greater Manchester, including health promotion work we are doing to encourage more people to take part and use their kit.
